My four-year-old just told me that he has "one ball".?

I myself grew up in a guarded family that was always private, so I allow my son to express himself (within reason). Well, he sleeps naked in his room and tells me this morning that he has "one ball". I check to see, and it appears that he is right? Is he alright? I feel odd asking this question but I truly don't know...
