Question on meps issue?

I went though meps over 3 years ago with the coast guard. My recruiter was from Haiti ( and horrible at everything as well as on termal) and didn't show so I went though the process alone. I told the I got beat up in a parking lot resulting in a 3 day stay in the hospital. I'm fine no issues but when turned in the paperwork I was told they need more. It was the entire medical report. So I honestly gave up and now I'm a DoD police dispacther and I wanna go guard and do my part. Can I go though meps agian and not mention it? How long will they know about my medical history? I wasn't denied they just said they need more information....please help. I'm 21 and being on base everyday has given me a tac-full mind set, I know i'll excel.
