What did i do wrong why did she do this?

So I met this girl on this dating site and she told me to add her on face book and she was drop dead gorgouse(she models btw). I sent her a fb message and never got a reply, then I ironnically ran into her at a annual fest downtown but wasn't sure it was her but she was so gorgouse that I got nervouse(mind you I was hungover and didn't wanna leave a bad first inpression). So I messaged her after and said I thought that was you but I wasn't sure and she asked me why I didn't say anything and I said if I knew it was you I would of lol, and asked her if she knew a friend of mine that she worked with, if I met her in person before I would of but she caught me off guard and I've never talk to a girl so good looking. she ended up deleting me off fb. So what could I have said and what should I have done and why do you think she did that from a women point of view. and should I leave it alone or is there still a chance. Should i tell her the truth now that I was hungover and nervous or should I not. I just think that would make me like the rest of em and I could tell she doesn't want someone who treats her superior but normal cause I know she get's that a lot. So what do I do???
