Would you go to a nightclub alone?

I've thought about this and I think the only fear would be seeing someone that recognises you and being judged or mocked as perhaps being a loner. But then again, once inside I'd imagine most people wouldn't give 2 hoots who you are or who you're with. Do you think you would do this?
