What's the movie where everyone in the family has the secret? I think it has "island" in the title?

So the whole family has a secret. The father wants to be an actor and I'm pretty sure he's like a jail guard or something like that. The daughter is a stripper I think and this one guy finds out about it. And, yeah, that's all I remember. It was really funny though so please tell me what it's called :)
