How to get rid of bully,s and end hurrassment?

I have lived in my mobile home park for 24 years.I have Been hurrassed by neighbors that all live around me.They do not like our family because we do not use drugs.We have called the police and filled out complaint forms in our mobile home park.We have a new owner now and she lives in newport beach.The manager simply doesnt give a hoot about what is going on in here,they should drive around every day???I have had my dachshund poisioned by someone,and we are hurrassed daily.Sense it is a private owned mobile home park the police doesnt like to come in to offen.I just found out christmas my sister has stage #4 breast cancer and it spread to her liver.I have allot of stress because I have rumitoid arthiritis and it is so hard for me each day.WE get hurrassed every day by one neighbor or the other,my husband is getting to where he wants to go over to there home now.I wish someone would buy our mobile home park and take pride in the people who live here,so no one will ever ne hurrassed.
