Good way to describe fluffy white hair for a novel I'm writing?

The line goes like this: " What are you looking at, anyway?" Kara glanced around and scanned the isle to set her eyes on the heavy-middle aged man with hair so white and fluffy ..." haha not very good i know but i appreciate ur help please :)
