Gender Studies - Do people that you are more in common with actually?

Not in my experience. I know a girl who shares my love for reading and math, and I absolutely love spending time with her. I think it depends on whether or not you like competition. I like that she gives me an incentive to get better. These few months without her have made me feel very unfulfilled.
