Beneath the front lip of my body kit there is some rubber material on the bottom what could this be?

It's on the front bottom part of the lip..my bro and I think it is to protect the body kit from actually scratching on the bottom is that what it is? It's a NISMO factory body kit. Also, 6 inches back from that there is a small piece that hangs down and we think it is some splash guard for underneath the car, could that be what it is?

Tuesday the recruiter is getting my paperwork done and everything. The only MOS I'll take is straight up Infantry. I was told by a friend who is at AIT that the MO NG is barely letting anyone into Infantry. Is this true and what can I do if it doesn't show up on my MOS list?
